This project showcases how I help Fugle using data and A/B testing to identify methods to improve user registration conversion and trading activity. I also collaborated with the team to build a data-driven design framework, and redesigned main features and interfaces.

A significant portion of users continued using the features available without registration or left the platform without signing up and trading.
We set metrics below as our key goals and began creating strategies to conduct data-driven design:

My design hypothesis is helping users better understand the value of the watchlist, provide clear guidance, and make the overall layout cleaner and more seamless.

Final Impact
After completing the experiment and launching the new design, we not only improved the product’s usability, but also achieved growth in key metrics.
Although part of it was experimental, I gained a great deal of valuable experience during this stage.
